OmohyoidMuscleSyndrome(OMS), also called omohyoid sling syndrome, is a rare disease. The first OMS case was eported in 1980.[1] OMS is presented by aMasswithout pain on theNeckwhen the patient swallows and disappears after swallow. The patient often feels discomfort and dysphasia when the mass appears.
